Friday night option:
- Friday evening/Saturday breakfast and early morning activities are on your own. The first 8 families/groups that register will have a room in Memorial. Each room sleeps 8-10 in bunk beds and has its own private bathroom with one toilet, shower, and sink. A common kitchen will be available with Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a stove/oven. Memorial has air conditioning and heating as well as a fireplace in the common gathering space. Additional accommodations may be available if needed.
Saturday:
- 10am - Arrival/check-in
- Get to know you games and activities all together
- Introduce S.P.I.R.I.T. in the Heartland and begin brainstorming future ways to connect.
- Camp Activities* available
- Camp Lunch is provided in the dining hall
- More Camp Activities* are available
- Wrap up dreaming/planning session for future opportunities
- Worship Celebration
- 5 pm - structured activities end
Informal evening activities for those who want to stay.
* Camp Activities could include: Archery, Hikes, Ga-Ga Ball, Volley Ball, Basketball, Craft, Songs/Music/Jam session, Scavenger hunt, camp service project, board games, Giant Jenga, or hanging out with new and old friends.
Saturday Night/Sunday morning option:
- For those wanting to stay the night
- Dinner and Breakfast are on your own. Same accommodations as Friday, see above. Other spaces can be available if needed.
- There are also many options close in town for dinner if you want to leave camp and come back. Pizza can also be delivered to camp. Staff can advise.
- Participants are welcome to stay on Sunday and explore camp on their own.
